Mobile disco safety certificates the new EEC-Regs say all Mobile Disco Operators must have Public Liability Insurance and their Mobile Discotheque Equipment has to have a Portable Appliance Testing Certificate [Electrical Test Certificate], we comply with these regulations. We also fall in line with the recording rights Regs and carry ProDub Licence allowing the use of MP3 format at the corporate events we entertain at. 

 
Client service on the night of the party our office is manned so when the Disc Jockeys arrive at their destinations they report back, if there is a delay the DJ will call the office and we contact the venue or the client, it is very rare for a Disc Jockey not to get to his destination however we have a log of available DJ's and one is dispatched immediately to cover the party if an unforseen problem arises.

 

These are the Terms & Conditions for Toffs Mobile Discotheques [UK] Ltd, DJ Associates Entertainments & Toffs Quiz Night these Agreement Conditions are printed at the bottom of all our clients contracts.

 

Toffs Mobile Discotheques [UK] Ltd & DJ Associates Entertainments will do their best to follow the terms in this Agreement/Contract making sure the Mobile Discotheque Operative or Act booked by the *Clients are suited to the function listed above, however Toffs Mobile Discotheques [UK] Ltd & DJ Associates Entertainments can not be held responsible for none fulfillment of Contract by Proprietors, Managers, Mobile Discotheques Operatives or Acts however every safeguard is assured, we will do our utmost to fulfill our Agreement.  

 

Agreement Conditions: - Please sign & return [1] copy of this contract with deposit immediately as acceptance that the above details are correct, this contract is confirmation of a verbal Agreement already made to the *Client-*Company named above. The Deposit [booking fee] once paid is not refundable under any circumstances, if the Booking is cancelled [30 days or within] prior to the Function date the full Balance payable is due any cancellation has to be by Phone 020-8301-2509 & confirmed in writing or E-Mail to the address listed above.
